She uses tables and boxes to form the raised tiers and covers it with a special sheet.

Images of the Dieties are then placed on each level. Bowls and platters are placed on the floor before the altar for offerings. The altar is dedicated and then one must remove their shoes before approaching the altar.

Notice how she created two scenes on the fourth level down. To the left is a circle of statues playing instruments and so she added some small instruments in the middle. To the right is a "gathering" surrounding a diety.

I love the bottom tier, with the non-traditional statues, including ballerinas, a dog, and bunnies!

Every year a new statue is to be added. This year she has two on the third shelf down.
